Glad to see that so many of you already know something about William Shakespeare and the plays and sonnets that he wrote. its amazing to think that it is now over 400 years since he died and yet his work is still so important that we all study it in secondary school. I wonder which one of Shakespeare’s plays you will study in KS4? For me it was Midsummer Night’s Dream, which I really enjoyed.

I always thought Romeo and Juliet was fantastic, but had to study Midsummer Night’s Dream in Secondary School. I was a tad disappointed at first but really enjoyed it in the end.
